Absolutely terrible website experience. Tried to buy a phone, but the payment screen said it couldn't verify my card number (which I HAD entered correctly). Entered information three times, then entered another card number, screen still said it couldn't verify number. I have never had this trouble before. Each time I clicked on "the number is correct" and finally got through to "pay now" it then said my bank rejected it. One was a business card, one a personal, both with sufficient funds, so no reason to reject. Contact Motorola? No chance. No customer service number for Motorola sales, one number on the website is incorrect - it goes through to "baby monitors". On speaking to them, they said they keep getting calls about other products and had told Motorola about the incorrect number, but nothing has been done about it. Web chat? What is this "sign up to Moli first"? I've never come across this in any other webchat, and why on earth should it all be made so difficult? Gave up in despair and purchased phone from Amazon, because I know from previous experience that you can contact them if there are any issues with an order. I would give zero stars if possible.
Over the past 5 years or so, I have purchased 5 Motorola phones. I have been quite happy so far up until the last phone I purchased. It was a One Fusion Plus. I decided to send it back because it did not support all of the T-Mobile bands. They sent me a prepaid shipping label and I returned it in the original box with all accessories all in pristine condition. They received it on 3-8-2021 and I still have not received a refund to my credit card.
I have called them 3 times to get an update and each time they say they will escalate the issue and promise to get back to me in 24 to 48 hours, which never comes. Being a good Motorola customer you would think they would provide much better customer service. This will be the last phone I will buy from them. Just really bad service. I will now just dispute the credit card charge and let them deal with the charge back.

I have a Moto e with broken screen cover. I contacted the repair company Motorola gives on their site. They are no longer receiving parts nor are any of the other repair shops. Explain please.
I had been using Motorola phones for quite some time. One week ago for the first time I bought a phone direct from them, I received a confirmation stating that my package was shipped but didnt gave me an UPS tracking number. I had called costumer service twice asking for a tracking number both times they said they will call me back within 24 hours. Im still waiting for a simple UPS tracking number and obviously no new phone yet. I can only imagine how the service would be with a more serious and hard to resolve issue.
i used to use moto g4+ which is one of the best phone i ever use.

Got a Motorola 5g on upgrade from my network provider. Phone keeps crossing numbers over and I end up phoning random people even although the correct number has been dialled. Tried to phone my boss and on three occasions got the same person who must be getting pissed off by now even although the correct number was dialled from my contacts. Now the microphone seems to be faulty. Absolute garbage.
I placed an order through Motorola that when it hit UPS apparently it was returned because it was packaged strong due to the battery that I ordered and reached out because I still hadn't gotten it they said they were working through delivery issues but they wouldn't refund my money because it had my orders pending so they couldn't cancel it finally went to the better Business bureau they reached out to him they claim I did return to sender and that they refunded my money December 7th as of today no money and no battery I can't believe such a major company could do this to their customers I was a very loyal customer I will be that no more
I purchased my Motorola one 33 days ago yesterday I accidentally bumped my phone and it fell off the couch as you can see from the pictures it only fell 22 in into plush carpet it shattered my screen and the screen protector and Motorola wants to send me to another state for repairs. Buyer beware.
If you have all day to spend on the telephone trying to get through to customer service and talk to their automated system you have more time than I do I have spent 5 hours on the phone trying to get through to Motorola I got put on hold 40 minutes and the guy picks up the phone and says Motorola sorry click that is so not cool. They want you to pay an outlandish price for their phones. But they don't wish to offer you customer service and they're not going to pick up the phone and use it neither. With everything going on in this world why do you people at Motorola have to be so damn rude inconsiderate and uncompassionate uncompassionate and really don't give a rats patootie if they help you or not they got your money that's all they want they don't have to keep up with their part. Then when you get down to the bottom of this review they want to tell you it's against the law to make false claims what is but they do it all the time and get away with it. So why is it not against the law for Motorola to continuously lie to their customers and make false accusations. The only reason I give him a one-star rating is cuz I had to give him something to post this
Customer Service stinks, can take days to get back to you, all done via email or call back. Still awaiting a refund for my phone which has been sent back but for some reason has been stuck in Poland since last Thursday 18th Feb. Told to not reply to an email that was sent to me as it mucks up the system and that they would get back to me....am still waiting. Do not buy directly from these guys as the support is non existent and you can not talk to anyone directly completely frustrating.
Motorola were good before they adopted the Lenovo "produce as much poorly produced rubbish as possible and employ stupid people policy. My Motorola G Power cant connect or even recognise the WIFI, literally every other device in the house does including other mobile phones. According to the cretins who dealt with my complaint, the problem is my WIFI despite me telling them several times that the only device which isn't connecting is their toy phone. Having had an awful experience with Lenovo a few years ago where they sent me three or four laptops with exactly the same issue i should have listened to my gut instinct telling me not to touch their poor products with a barge pole
This "phone' was bought in October so far in addition to the WIFI issue and the farcical advice given by the cretins who I spoke to there are several other issues which all developed within a few months
1 the phone lock doesn't lock .
2 all calls are inaudible regardless of whether through the speakers or headphones
3 Customer services are simpering cretins who just apologise , ignore your e mails, or occasionally send you sections of the website even if you tell them several times that you have already tried the troubleshooting sections of the website .
Motorola like it's patent company are so arrogant that they don't bother with sites like this or the numerous negative reviews all over the internet ,so the best thing customers can do is to boycott their shoddy products .
When I needed to return two phones for a reason that was my fault, they let me, and even paid for shipping. The service reps I talked to were courteous and helpful. I was so pleased with the ease of the return that I didn't even consider another brand for my next purchase; it was Motorola all the way. They get your order out quickly, and most of the Motorola phones I've had have worked well and lasted a long time. There's also less bloatware installed compared to a Samsung phone I own.
I wish i had read these reviews before purchasing.
Purchased a mobile on the motorola site - has a time limited promotional offer you can apply for after you receive the phone. Site suggests delivery 2 working days after purchase is processed. Great.
Tried to place the order - failed. MasterCard blocked it - not Motorola's fault. However, trying to call motorola sales/customer service was of no use. get through to automated system that asks you to leave a number and someone will get back to you in 24 hours.
no worries - cleared things up with mastercard, cancelled the order on motorola account page and placed a new order. MasterCard account shows payment successful. Motorola account page - still shows it as processing payment several hours later.
raised a support ticket via online chat service- gentleman who helped said on his end it looks like payment is successful and the order is awaiting someone to "awaiting authorisation for dispatch" but now a nervous wait to see if they'll process my order in time for me to qualify for the promotional offer and if the promotional offer stocks will still be available when / if they do process my order.
why, in this day and age, does an order that has been successfully paid for need some manual authorisation for dispatch? stock counts are all digitally managed, orders, you'd hope, are digitally processed - why would a status continue to say "processing payment" and not move to "processing order for dispatch" in a customer facing page? it's not that hard.
not a good start.
--- update ---
after that experience, the orders page continued to show a christmas eve delivery date but on the 23rd december it was still not dispatched. I spoke to Motorola only to be told that dispatches wouldn't happen until some time mid january... yet the order page continued to suggest my order would be delivered on christmas eve.
i placed a cancellation and went with amazon instead.... will never again use the motorola site to place a direct order again.
MOTOROLLA CELL PHONES ARE PATHETIC!!! THEY ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVER MADE THE MISTAKE OF USING.
